On May 7, 2009 permission was granted for the LMA:
"Greetings,
The name of my band is The Agrarians, and I am the principal songwriter. My name is Matt Perzinski. My band is taper friendly, and your site was suggested to me by Jeff Mewbourn (a.k.a. The Baltimore Taper).

Our Taping Policy Would Be Thus:
*House rules apply; audio taping is subject to the restrictions and policies of each venue.
*Audience audio taping is permitted at all shows during our set.
*Trading of live shows is encouraged. NO SELLING.
*Remember: Taping is a privilege. Please be courteous and respectful to those around you. If there is a designated taper’s section, you must use it.
*The band reserves the right to revoke permission to tape at certain shows (when we might be recording for our own release).
*Lastly, please contact us after you have recorded so we may arrange to receive a copy of the show.
